With our commitment to great American cheese and cheesemakers, Gourmet Foods International established our invaluable cheese training center in 2008, the Institut du Fromage, located on the GFI campus in Atlanta, Georgia. Our curriculum and courses are varied, as demostrated by our 2-3 day Fall and Spring sessions held over the last four years. Demostrations and classes in our Center for the Sensory Arts, Center for Culinary Arts and Center for Merchandising Arts have been instructive and informative and --fun. With an exceptional lineup of cheesemakers, cheesemongers, food authors, and chefs, GFI has moved to the forefront of cheese education in America. We will continue to offer these sessions in Atlanta, and we have expanded the program to our Florida, New Jersey, and Denver locations.
